Where those products collect personal data from their users, the relevant client organisation is the data controller for that data. Aeipathy One acts as developer and, where applicable, data processor — not as a data controller for end users of those products.

Any data collected within those applications is used solely to provide the functionality of the app or service in question. We do not use, share, sell, or retain that data for any purpose beyond what is necessary to deliver the product's stated features.
