Fixed those deep ruts (bugs)
- Fixed a bug in the heat format when team chooses gates 2 & 4 at coin toss
- Substitutions now remove data for original rider so they don’t show in stats or history view.
- Numerous spelling mistakes with rider names fixed.
- Fixed an issue where rider data would not show on first run (Cloud).
- Fixed an issue where rider and teams would duplicate due to cloud sync.
